Every Highland villa is built to a Western standard of construction, with materials and finishes chosen for durability in Hua Hin's tropical climate: UPVC double-glazed windows and doors, X-shield heat-reflecting roof tiles, fully equipped European kitchens, inverter air conditioners and high-quality insulation throughout. Solar power is a growing focus across our newer developments — 5 kW standard at Highland Villas 4, and full-roof solar planned at Bello Horizonte.
